Caller ID watchlist

A caller ID watchlist is a fraud factor to assess the risk level associated with a telephone number against a known watchlist caller ID rules. Fraud analysts can build a list of known phone numbers, associate the risk level, and import bulk lists or rules using CSV files.

Gatekeeper provides ability to create a watchlist of phone numbers or regex rules, also known as Automatic Number Identification (ANI) or caller ID watchlist, with the corresponding risk-level associated.

Users can define caller IDs or area codes in the watchlist, which won’t be routed to the defined routing destination or alerted with high risk for post call fraud analysis.

At run time, when a risky caller number comes in, the application compares the caller phone number with the watchlist numbers to determine the risk of a given call.
