Updated some factory roles
Some factory roles have been updated as follows:

The following factory roles have been changed to reduce the former authorization permissions:
- CallCenterAnalyst
- FraudAnalyst

The factory role ConfigOperationalReadOnly has been modified to better divide the read and write permissions.

The factory role WebUserReadOnly has been modified to prevent updating the engagements and sessions.
Gatekeeper Web Portal

Web Agent Console
Added support of submit agent action for a custom message
Embedded web agent proxy now supports submit agent action for a custom message.
Updated accessibility requirements
Web Agent Console has been updated to conform with accessibility requirements. The changes are minor, and not expected to impact the agent experience.

Added watchlist calibration consistency (Beta)
A new API has been added to check whether all the fraudsters of the watchlist have a compatible voiceprint with each other or not.
Note: This is a beta feature.
Updated the APIs to download media with permissions
Now, the audio-manager passes through the media download. Audio manager authorizes the actual download with the Gatekeeper permissions. A Gatekeeper token is now required to download the media.

Any NVSL frameworks at 16 kHz don’t work, as Gatekeeper doesn’t support 16 kHz audio yet:
